4 steps to success

Analysis and needs assessment
Together, we identify the training needs and specific learning requirements of your target group. We then define the learning objectives together with you. We then review your existing materials, e.g. manuals, videos, training materials. On this basis, we create a rough concept and an offer for implementation.

Concept and preliminary work
We create a detailed concept that works out the individual modules in detail. We rely on a varied mix of information transfer via texts and media and interactive elements such as quizzes and exercises.
If media such as photos or videos or even a virtual tour are required, we will be happy to create these for you.
We also offer AI-based translations and dubbing of your texts and videos. Our services also include the conversion into simple language and the development of accessible content with the help of AI.

Structure
Based on the detailed concept, we build an initial learning module, which we validate together with you and representatives of your target group. The results are incorporated into the implementation.
We then set up the remaining modules.

Pilot phase and roll-out
After completing the set-up, we accompany you through a pilot phase and analyze the feedback and learning success of your participants together with you and adapt the content if necessary.
